All our dishes are made using the freshest seafood and local produce, bought every morning at the local market in Pelangan or Mataram. Rather than offering a long rigid menu, the chef will decide on a Menu of the Day comprising dishes that his inspiration and the market availability allow him to craft.
From fresh Vietnamese and Thai salads to rich Sri Lankan and Indian curries or fiery Szechuan or Indonesian dishes, Naga restaurant will arouse your taste buds with a large variety of both vegetarian and non vegetarian traditional classics and fusion creations from the region.
